Christoffer
and I were madly in love and tried to figure out how to
do the whole “relationship-thing” without
getting into a mess of personality drama, endless processing
or slowly losing connection with the divine that we saw
in each other.
How
could we stay in love and divine passion together?
How could be free and not compromise ourselves in a relationship?
How could we keep opening and expanding into love instead
of gradually take each other for granted and close down
our hearts?
We
spent a lot of time in nature, by the Yuba River and in
the Hawaiian oceans, feeling into questions like these
and asking for guidance. We began to write
down and practice the insights that came from within, and the Fire of Love
teaching was born. The
teaching has held and nourished us through recovering from
our addictive patterns, the birth of our daughter, the
death of Helena’s
son, three years of nine-to-five-life and building our green home. So, we
know these practices
work in real life for people who live in the West with bills to pay, kids
to drive to school and a full life.
The
teaching consists of a series of simple, yet profound,
practices that brings
you back, again and again, to your own vast, divine core
and help
you relate
from that core rather than the limited personality. The teaching guides
you to expand beyond the limited love of form to the larger
flow of love, where
you and your beloved can bathe together in the essence of love. Worshipping
each other as divine incarnations of the divine feminine and masculine
essence.
Our
book and teaching has three parts: Being in Heaven, Going
to Hell and Landing on Earth and for us they are equally
important. We need to practice
staying
in the moment as a couple to be in “heaven” together but if we
don’t deal with our shadow and our addictive patterns they will constantly
pull us down into “hell.” Landing with it all on Earth as
we practice just being humans, walking on this Earth and being of service.
Staying in love
and deepening the divine passion, having more juice together, not less,
as the years go by.
We

The weekend offers a sacred, safe space to learn all the
Fire of Love practices, as well as separate circles for
women and men to embody the feminine and masculine essences.
We look into all the painful questions and tender corners
of our heart that are touched, opened and stretched in
a deep relationship. We also explore what parts of our
life and relationship that are not aligned with our inner
truth and how to shift that.
Profound
processes that bring you to your edge, ancient yet contemporary
ceremonies, and opening, beautiful meetings between the
men and women, as well as meditations
and personal guidance and healing from Helena and Christoffer, makes this
weekend life-changing. Both couples and singles are welcome.

| The
Fire of Love Retreat in Hawaii
|
This in-depth retreat, offered in one or two week formats,
includes time in the incredible nature of the Big Island
of Hawaii. Ceremonies are held at sacred sites such as the
Goddess Cave, the active volcano, Waipoo Valley, Place of
Refuge, and natural steam caves. We spend time in the ocean
with the turtles, whales, and dolphins (if they grace us
with their presence).
We
go through all the Fire of Love practices and beyond; we
look more deeply into divine lovemaking and
clearing the
shadow. Pele’s energy from the
active volcano always helps people clear and burn away things that are not
true and healthy. And Pele is a great activator of red divine passion. Both
couples and singles are welcome. There will be space for group time, alone
time, divine feminine circles for the women, and challenge adventures for
the men.
Christoffer
and Helena have spent many months on the Big Island and
in the ocean with the whales and dolphins, alone and with
retreat groups. Christoffer
is an experienced free diver and ocean swimmer who can help you feel comfortable
and safe in the ocean. Prices vary depending on lodging and other practical things.
A one-week retreat is around $1500, and a two-week around
$2200. Prices include all meals, lodging, kayaks, rental
cars, all trips, everything except the airfare. We will also
offer a Family Fire of Love retreat where children can come
and have child care while mom and dad are in seminar and
then the children can come with us to meet the dolphins,
turtles and other sea creatures.

A Note of Clarification:
In our seminars and retreats there is no nudity or sexual
explorations of any kind within the group. Everyone’s
integrity and sensitivity are respected. We share, answer
questions about and speak of divine love making practices
that participants may use at home (or in a private room at a retreat). We
feel these practices need a safe, sacred space to blossom and that forced
or unconscious intimacy in a public seminar may be more harmful than healing,
not to mention adding fuel to sexual excitement games and addictive
patterns.
Notes:
Deposits
for weekend seminars are $50 and if you cancel 2
weeks or more prior to a workshop you can get your
deposit back minus a small administration fee.
Cancellations
made less than 2 weeks before a seminar are non-refundable.
Deposits
for Hawaii retreats are $250 and they are non-refundable,
unless Look Within cancels a retreat.
Deposits
cannot be transferred to another event.
If
you wish to pay for the entire workshop or retreat
with your credit card, please do so here on our website,
we are not set up to handle credit cards at events
yet.
Pay
the entire seminar fee at the latest 4 days before
a seminar.
For
Hawaii retreats special rules apply for full payments,
usually we need full payment at least 2 months ahead
of a retreat.
Make
sure you give your full address, e-mail and phone
numbers with your registration so we can send you
all the practical information.
A
week before a weekend workshop, and a month before
a Hawaii retreat, you will receive an e-mail (or
letter if you do not have e-mail) with all the practical
information you need.
